Job Description
- Prepare and respond to quotations by obtaining pricing from suppliers in Japan and Thailand
- Handle order entry, sales processing, and invoice issuance
- Coordinate incoming goods, including sorting, delivery arrangements, and schedule management
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Conduct customer follow-ups and sales activities via phone while working in an inside sales capacity
- Support day-to-day sales operations and perform general internal duties typical of a trading company
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of work experience in Sales or Sales Assistant, Sales Coordinator
*if no work experience for those jobs, but you are willing to try, it's welcome
- Conversational middle level of English to communicate with Japanese members
**TOEIC 600 over is must
