Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible as the first point of contact for sales coordination, enquiries management.

To call and to be in constant touch with client after getting data from the sales head.

Handling, following up the enquiries.

Support teams progress to improve their productivity & efficiencies by ensuring seamless backend operation.

Handle complaints from customers by giving after-sales support.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Good written & verbal communication skills.

Experience as a sales coordinator is welcomed.

Good team development and leadership skills.

Good administrative and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
