Job Description

Onze Customer Brand Business, ook gekend als Willems Biscuits, is gespecialiseerd in Private Label partnerships in speculoos, speculoospasta, wafels en gebak. Onze kantoren zijn gevestigd in Eeklo.

Als Sales Assistant ben je de commerciële en administratieve schakel tussen Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Kwaliteit en Productie.


  • Je coördineert commerciële projecten inzake nieuwe artikelen, verpakkingen, productlanceringen en klantenprojecten. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met een brede waaier aan interne afdelingen, zoals R&D Packaging, Planning, Quality, Productie, Regulatory, enzovoort. Je identificieert ontbrekende elementen en anticipeert op de volgende stappen zodat, dankzij duidelijke communicatie tussen de teams, elke stakeholder gedurende het volledige traject op de hoogte blijft.

  • Dankzij je helikopteroverzicht over orders, planningen en leveringen voor je accounts, in samenwerking met Customer Service, garandeer je tijdelijke leveringen. Je ond...
