Sales Administration Support: Respond to customer queries regarding orders and status via email or phone. Support the sales team in RFQ verification, quotation, order processing, and delivery schedule monitoring, and payment (invoice) follow-up. Checkstock status, new prices, and forecast updates Maintain and update sales and customer records. Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales activities. Work with the Sales Operation, Logistics & Production teams to resolve inquiries related to stock status, orders, and RMAs.
