**Sales and Enrollment Manager**

**Location: Mercy Life of MA -** West Springfield, MA

**Status:** Full Time, Onsite

**Shift:** Mon – Fri 8 am to 430 pm

**Pay Range:** $39.80-$49.75/hr

**Position Purpose:**

Lead and manage the Sales and Enrollment team to support PACE’s growth goals. Drive community outreach, build partnerships, and ensure enrollment targets are met. Oversee accurate tracking of referrals in CRM and other platforms. Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies
