Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales Agent to join our new tech-driven project in Barranquilla.
Responsibilities
- Placing strategic outbound calls for B2B client prospecting.
- Managing the full sales cycle and closing strategic partnerships.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience focused on quality, empathy, and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- An Incredible Human: Someone with critical thinking, sharp problem‑solving skills, and a strong drive for results.
- Eloquent and Extremely Intelligent: Advanced English level (B2+), with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales DNA: 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management (SaaS, hospitality tech, or high‑volume B2B environments preferred).
- Flexible & Ready for Training: Willingness to work on shifting schedules and a passion for continuous self‑improvement.
