Job Description
- Manage booking forms and booking fee tracking
- Monitor booking expiry and cancellation cases
- Handle unit switching and re-allocation
- Follow up with bankers on loan application status
- Track sales performance by agent and project
- Prepare conversion and performance reports
- Monitor booking-to-SPA conversion rate
- Support sales team with updated unit status
- Coordinate with Sales, Project, Finance, Solicitors, Bankers, and Authorities
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- Ensure documentation complies with company SOP and housing regulations
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
- Maintain database for purchasers, agents, and sales records
- Generate reports for management review
- Respond to purchaser inquiries professionally
