We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to be the liaison between Production and Internal Sales/Sales Team. The successful
candidate will also assist with certain administrative functions related to the position.

Key Responsibilities
• Attend Production meetings and provide feedback to sales
• Update due date and delivery dates scheduled by production on Sage Evolution
• Follow up on pending orders and escalate issues causing scheduling delays.
• Daily Overdue Report for orders that did not meet delivery date
• Processing Maintenance Call Orders
• Processing of Inter-Branch Transfers.
• Follow up on orders requested by Sales Reps and Internal Sales
• Interact with the dispatch department to ensure that orders are dispatched timeously.
• Follow up with Procurement/Stock to ensure that stock is manufactured for invoicing purposes.
• Assisting on Switchboard.
