Sales Administrator
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
β’ Support Sales Team as necessary through direct relations with customers, vendors, suppliers and related parties.
β’ Work with Sales Manager(s) to monitor, update and report status of sales orders for both active and forecasted sales orders, and where required, take necessary actions.
β’ Expedite orders ensuring customer delivery expectations are met.
β’ Coordinate and manage customs clearance for shipments to ensure timely processing.
β’ Follow up the logistics for physical materials.
β’ Ensure data integrity in ERP system through weekly and monthly reporting.
β’ Follow up purchase and sales invoices until payment is completed.
β’ Implement effective communications with internal customers and stakeholders
