Job Description
Job Summary:
One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Sales Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate and follow up on the Direct Delivery Compensation documents for Middle East Africa & CIS countries.
- Process vehicle orders and amendments (info to be sent by email by Sales Manager)
- Follow up production and delivery dates
- Ensure that payment terms are met
- Do the checks as per export control guidelines
- Enquire freight fees
- Initiate and follow up on large project applications
- Manage completely the RVP(planning)for each month / Liaise with the Sales Managers through functional management
- Compile RVP info from each Sales Manager by country and send to planning responsible
- Provide 2 times weekly report about RVP achievements and update
- Risks assessment of the RVP
- Provide weekly stock level report at importer and follow up on monthly reports
