Job Description
Supporting Sales Team as necessary through direct relations with customers, Vendors, suppliers and related parties. Work with Sales Managers to monitor, update and report the status of sales orders for both active and forecasted sales orders, and where necessary take necessary actions, Expediting the order ensuring customer delivery expectations are met. Create and maintain sales orders/quotes and all relevant files upon request by Sales Manager(s). Vendor PO creation and follow up. Service Order preparation, periodical commercial report preparation, service order invoice support. Obtain necessary pricing quotations from third party suppliers. Ensure data integrity in ERP system through weekly and monthly reporting. Prepare and present documentation packages. Follow up of sales invoices until payment collection.
