Position

Sales Assistant – Full time (40hours per week) at the Armani Outlet Store in Madrid Las Rozas.

Main Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships; collect customer CRM details for the portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and be a fan of our brand.
