Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support
β’ Process and validate sales orders, SAF forms, and booking requests accurately and in a
timely manner.
β’ Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure correct fulfilment and
billing alignment.
β’ Maintain updated records of customer contracts, renewals, addendums, and terminations.
β’ Support Account Managers, Virtual Account Managers, Inside Sales Specialists, and Channel
Managers with quotation preparation, approvals, and internal form submissions.
Data & Reporting
β’ Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in CRM (Zoho) and related sales systems.
β’ Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline
trackers for management.
β’ Prepare, validate, and maintain commission reports and supporting documentation for the
MyPartner Program (MPP), ...
