Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process Job Orders and Purchase Orders from clients and internal sales teams.
  • Encode and maintain accurate records of sales transactions in the system.
  • Prepare and issue Sales Invoices , Delivery Receipts , and other related billing documents.
  • Ensure proper application of prices, discounts, taxes (e.g., VAT), and terms.
