Job Description
Sales Admin Coordiantor
We are a growing cleaning services company looking for a reliable and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. If you enjoy coordinating schedules, working with clients, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What Youβll Do- Prepare quotations, invoices
- Coordinate cleaning schedules
- Reply and follow up with clients on inquiries, bookings, and service requests
- Support sales team with leads
- Maintain customer records
- Handle urgent job requests (e.g. ad-hoc or last-minute cleaning)
- Liaise with operations and finance teams for smooth service delivery
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards
- 1β3 years of admin / sales coordination experience (service industry preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
