Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the sales team by preparing quotations, following up with the order process till receipt of payment, filing documents.
  • Support the end-to-end daily commercial operations aspect.
  • Coordinating the operations team for the arrangement of engineer(s) onboard the vessel locally/overseas.
  • Handle customers' disputes or complaints and minimize such occurrences.
  • Prepare sales report for management review.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Manager.
