. To assist receiving, coordinating with warehouse personnel and process customers' order
. To assist issuing the relevant documents for deliveries and billing to customers
. To assist monitoring stock inventory, inform senior purchaser to replenish stock when necessary, updating stock in/out movement
. To work closely with senior with products enquiry/feedback from customers
. To issue customers quotation, issuing regular products purchase order etc
. To conduct monthly stock inventory, submit customers monthly usage report, submit weekly inventory/consignment reports to designated customers
. To assist to answer and direct phone calls, filing documents
. To assist any other ad-hoc assignment being tasked when necessary
