Overview

This role supports Account Management and Business Development by helping manage online research projects, preparing proposals and RFQs, and working with the Client Services team to meet regional sales targets.

• Support project and account management from proposal to completion
• Build strong client relationships through timely communication and follow ups
• Program online surveys and track project progress
• Assist in business development through market research and client prospecting
• Join team meetings, contribute to internal improvements, and help manage budgets
