JOB REQUIREMENT
- Coach, lead, and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental goals.
- Fulfil targets set for yourself and the sales team, as well as growth targets for volume and market share for the sales department.
- Collect and continuously update market information.
- Promote sales of ocean freight, consolidation, customs clearance, and domestic logistics services.
- Find new customers or co-loaders for export sales.
