Introduction

To fulfil all payroll tasks for allocated DC Retail Stores.

Job description

  • Review and process employee hours submitted by stores.
  • Entering and updating employee information into payroll system.
  • Capturing hours worked, leave, overtime of employees.
  • Processing of deductions (PAYE, UIF, skills, provident fund, funeral benefits
  • Update payroll system with employee movements.
  • Ensuring that payroll is run within the time frames and deadlines.
  • Month End payroll reconciliation and processing, reporting and administration.
  • Ensuring that all payments for the various deductions are correct.
  • Addressing store enquiries related to salaries and resolve discrepancies that may arise.
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues relating to employee wages.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly reports on payroll for management review.
