Weare seeking a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly andfamily orientated practice for 4-6 sessions on a permanent contract; the postwill cover two practices in the Sunderland North Primary Care Network (PCN) ona 4:2 ratio. Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centredcare within the multi-disciplinary team, through routine consultations, chronic diseasemanagement, preventative healthcare, and management of acute medicalconditions. The role includes working collaboratively within a supportivemultidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical records, managingreferrals and investigations, and contributing to the ongoing development andquality improvement of the practice.
