This post has been deliberately designed around GP wellbeing and clinical sustainability. Protected admin time is built into every session, workload is actively managed through a large multidisciplinary team, and home visiting is minimal. You will not be carrying lists beyond your capacity.

We are a well-established training practice with approximately 16,000 registered patients, led by a stable partnership of 6 GPs and supported by pharmacists, nurses, physician associates, care coordinators and a full ARRS workforce. Sessions are ideally worked as Tuesday PM, Wednesday PM and Friday full day, with some flexibility.
