Job Summary

We are seeking a committed 6‑session fixed‑term salaried GP to join Tonbridge Medical Group (TMG). Days of work and schedule will be confirmed during the interview.

Main Duties

The GP will provide clinical and administrative support for patients on the list, including NHS contractual work (QOF, DES, LES, LIS) and Improved Access (IA) sessions as agreed. The role includes 18 duty days per year and 14 weeks of Docman/workflow cover (cover in annual and sick leave). Clinical sessions are 4 hours 10 minutes (250 minutes) each, comprising approximately 162.5 minutes clinical time per session. Additional 30 minutes is allocated on duty days for duty doctor preparation.

Responsibilities also include:

• Managing a patient list of 1382 per GP (6 sessions/week).
• Completing NHS work: QOF/DES/LES/LIS.
