Communication Skills (Mandatory)

• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in easy, customer-friendly language
• Comfortable participating in and leading customer calls
• Structured communication approach (problem -> analysis -> solution)
• Transparent written communication (emails, chat responses)
• Asks clarifying questions and avoids assumptions

Customer Interaction Experience (Mandatory)

• Direct customer-facing experience (calls, demos, troubleshooting, KT sessions)
• Experience handling customer queries independently or with minimal support
• Understanding of customer expectations around clarity, timelines, and ownership
