Essential Responsibilities

• Act as Manufacturing and Distribution lead on Sage X3 projects.
• Conduct analysis of client business processes and functional requirements.
• Act as a manufacturing subject matter expert and propose optimal solutions to manufacturers to improve business processes and optimize use of Sage X3 software
• Lead Manufacturing and Distribution UAT cycles for new Sage X3 Implementations
• Working closely with End Users to implement Sage X3 in their environment.
• Provide full-time support to their Sage X3 system and response to issues logged by client on Jira support.
• Uncover pain points and understand the prospective clients short-term and long-term strategic objectives, working with the business solutions team to recommend tools and robust solutions that will help prospective clients achieve their business goals
