Job Description

Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a SAGE Assistant to join our financial division. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient functioning of two departments responsible for the production of juice, bitterlekker, nuts, water, oil and olives.

Requirements

  • Excel skills (intermediate).
  • Experience in using SAGE X3 or a similar ERP system would be advantageous.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.

    • Responsibilities

  • Handling of purchase orders and receipt of invoices within the SAGE system.
  • Create purchase orders on the SAGE system.
  • Ensure correct transfer of stock to different departments on SAGE.
  • Monitor stock and ensure that the actual stock and stock reported on SAGE correspond.
  • Gather orders from within all departments.
