Job Title: Safety Trainer
Job Description
The Safety Trainer delivers OSHA-required safety training for new hires and existing employees in a manufacturing environment while supporting a strong safety culture across multiple facilities. This role maintains accurate training records, updates training content, conducts safety inspections, and supports compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies. The Safety Trainer works closely with operations teams and contractors to ensure all personnel receive timely, effective safety training and that documentation remains current and compliant.
Responsibilities

+ Deliver OSHA-required safety training for new hires and existing employees, including topics such as Lockout/Tagout, Forklift Operation, MEWP Operation, Hazard Communication, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Fall Protection, and other applicable OSHA standards.
