Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
+ Develops programs and procedures designed to reduce occupational and non-occupational accident/injury/illness experiences.
+ Promotes health and safety awareness throughout the organization through effective employee communications, participation, and programming.
+ Coordinates creation of site Health and Safety targets and objectives in support of corporate, regional and business group safety strategic initiatives designed to drive a safety culture, compliance, and results.
+ Manages development and maintenance of training programs on industrial safety, industrial hygiene, emergency planning, government regulations, hazardous materials, and other related issues. Tracks training completion.
+ Implements all aspects ISO45001, 14001 and 50001.
