About Your Opportunity As a Safety Specialist you will oversee and enforce health and safety protocols on our construction site.

The Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

This role plays a critical part in protecting workers, minimizing risk, and promoting a culture of safety across the project site.

Responsibilities Implement, promote, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA).  Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents in conjunction with Wohlsen safety team.

Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance among workers and subcontractors.
