Job Description
Define health & safety policy, procedures, guidelines and instructions in line with ISO 45001 and enforce it throughout the organization. Comply with all legal requirements related to health and safety. Conduct HIRA & Aspect impact assessment and update it periodically. Conduct periodic safety Audits, identify gaps and work with responsible functions for corrective and preventive actions. Conduct routine workplace safety inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions, observe that all employees are following safety procedures while on the job. Record and analyze accidents and near-miss, take corrective & preventive actions to avoid its recurrence, submit documents regarding the incident & report to Management.
