Job Description
Health & Safety Compliance
- Enforce company and government safety policies, procedures, and regulations on‑site.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify unsafe acts or conditions and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor site activities to ensure all workers follow safety protocols, especially during glass handling, façade installation, and working at heights.
- Perform risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for ongoing site operations.
- Identify potential hazards and proactively develop safety mitigation plans.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness training for site workers.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or accidents and carry out investigations.
- Prepare accurate incident/accident reports with root cause analysis and recommended corrective measures. <...
