The Safety Manager is one of the most important roles in our organization. This position assists in the development, coordination, and execution of Company-wide and project-specific safety programs and works to ensure the safety of employees, subcontractors, vendors, and the public. The Safety Manager enforces the Company's safety standards as well as local and federal safety laws and regulations. The incumbent conducts training for employees to develop safe work plans for all project phases and tasks. This position requires strong leadership skills and is the embodiment of safety as one of the Company's Core Values.
