Position Summary

The Safety Manager provides site-wide safety leadership and ensures compliance with all safety standards and regulations. This role partners closely with leadership, employees, and customers to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) objectives while fostering a strong culture of safety across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage safety programs across multiple shifts and operational areas
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Serve as the subject matter expert on safety processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee material flow processes to meet SQDC standards
