Job Description
Job Function:
The Safety & Health Officer is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment across all facilities under the IFM portfolio. The role ensures full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA 1994), Factories and Machinery Act 1967 (FMA 1967), and other relevant DOSH (JKKP) regulations. The SHO also fosters a proactive safety culture and oversees implementation of risk mitigation strategies for both in-house teams and subcontractors.
