BAE Systems is seeking a SHE Specialist to support the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Teams in the execution of program activities, as directed, at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP). In this role as a RFAAP SHE Specialist, you will support the effectiveness of the site s SHE management systems by transforming data, trends, and field inputs into actionable insight for site leadership, enabling them to focus on the right actions at the right time.

+ Own the collection, quality, and structure of SHE-related data including incidents, near misses, audits, observations, corrective actions, and leading indicators
