Job Description
As our highly valued Safety, Health & Wellbeing Advisor based in Brisbane, and reporting to the Senior Manager People Operations, Safety and Workplace Relations, your role will support the delivery of practical safety, health and wellbeing initiatives across the business, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.
You’ll make an impact by:
Managing workplace injury and illness cases, supporting early intervention, recovery and return-to-work outcomes
Investigating incidents, identifyingrisks and partnering with leaders to implement practical safety solutions
Supporting psychosocial risk management initiatives and mentally healthy workplace practices across the organisation
Monitoring safety compliance, reporting, risk assessments and internal safety processes to help maintain a safe and healthy workplace
