The **Safety Assistant** provides vital administrative and analytical support to the Safety Group. This role is designed for an individual eager to advance Clark's 24/7 culture of care by assisting with policy administration, data visualization, and field-based learning. You will work closely with safety leadership to ensure our programs are data-driven and our safety policies are executed with precision.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Fitness for Duty Administration**

+ Policy Support: Assist in the daily administration of Clark's Fitness for Duty Policy.
+ Testing Coordination: Support the coordination of pre-employment drug screenings and the random quarterly fitness for duty testing program.
+ Compliance: Ensure all documentation related to workplace fitness and drug-free initiatives is maintained according to corporate standards.
