Join Valard Construction as a Field Safety Advisor for the Waasigan Transmission Line near Thunder Bay, ON. This position centers on hands-on safety leadership in field operations, working 20 days on and 10 days off.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating safety guidelines and ensuring compliance among all crew members. You'll support supervisors with safety investigations and contribute to project safety culture through active participation in safety meetings and inspections, ensuring adherence to the Health and Safety Manual on site.
Key Responsibilities:
