Saber Connection Program Specialist, 1.0 FTE at Shakopee Community Education, approximately 260 work days at 8 hours/day. Hours will vary based on site needs Monday through Friday. Two positions are available.

Job Summary

Saber Connection is seeking an energetic, well‑organized and detail‑oriented candidate. The Program Specialist leads the planning, development, coordination and evaluation of the Saber Connection program and youth development at assigned buildings. This position is responsible for overseeing staff and programming offered before and after school, on non‑school days and during the summer, while ensuring a safe, engaging and high‑quality experience for all participants.
