Job Description
Role: Saas Onboarding Specialist
Location: Latin America (Remote)
Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time; Mon to Fri)
Compensation: US$5 – US$7 perhour (40 hours/week) + Commission + Bonus
Note: Please share your CV in English. As we scale ClickGrow, we are looking for a technical, bilingual Onboarding Specialist based in Latin America. You will be the face of the company for our newest users, ensuring they find immediate value during their initial trial period. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where your goal is to bridge the gap between signing up and finding success. You will lead rapid-fire, 30-minute technical setup sessions to ensure every trial user is configured for growth from day one.
