Position: Rutland- Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay Rate: $ 34/hr
Schedule: All Shifts Needed - 5x8
Duties:
- Demonstrates proficient knowledge in the treatment of patients requiring nursing care.
-Uses available diagnostic results and other information to make an accurate evaluation.
-Applies knowledge of illnesses, injuries, and diseases and uses available resources in performing the nursing process.
-Performs timely, comprehensive, and accurate reevaluations and documentation at regular intervals as defined by the department, when a significant change occurs in the resident's condition, and when otherwise warranted. Is considerate of residents' privacy during the evaluation process.
-Contributes to an individualized and appropriate plan of care delineating measurable patient care goals -Contributes to the plan of care making necessary changes as the condition of the p...
