At Danone, manufacturing excellence and people development are fundamental to our plant’s success. This role is responsible for executing the RTT (Run to Target) / IWS (Integrated Work Systems) program in alignment with deployed standards to ensure a consistent approach across the organization. The RTT Coach will teach, coach, and apply IWS methodologies with a strong focus on achieving results. This position plays a critical role in building team capabilities, strengthening IWS, and driving sustainable performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
