**RSS Tier 2 Technician**

_Salary Range: $82,000 to 97,000 per year_

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking Remote Site Services (RSS) Tier 2 Technicians to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. This role performs Mobile Device Management (MDM), client configuration management, and end-user support for the RSS environment. _This position is contingent upon contract award._

**Responsibilities**

• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices.
• Perform client configuration management for end-user devices.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Plan, install, maintain, and troubleshoot RSS servers and applications, including after-hours work as required.
• Coordinate with the ITS Lead, Network, and DevOps teams on incident resolution and configuration changes.
