Incident & Ticket Management

Demonstrated ability to:

Manage ticket queues and SLAs

Prioritize incidents based on impact/urgency

Escalate appropriately while ensuring closure quality

Maintains clear, searchable knowledge base entries

Customer Support & Service Orientation

Proven experience providing end-user support in a SaaS environment
