1. 5+ years of experience working with federal/provincial/broader public-sector healthcare providers
2. Demonstrated experience leading large I&IT Transformational projects with complex stakeholders and high visibility impact in public sector
3. Demonstrated experience in working with clinicians and other health sector stakeholders to identify their business needs, and translate them into concise and complete requirements under tight deadlines
4. Gathering and developing requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule, timelines, resource and integrated plan
