The Sr. Project Manager will work with various teams within Ontario Health and with its external partners, clients, and vendors to ensure that Critical Care Services Ontario (CCSO) transition project is delivered in a timely and efficient manner with the highest level of quality. This involves transitioning all products and services being supported by UHN and an external vendor to Ontario Health. Other projects outside of the CCSO transition may also be assigned as required, supporting the Digital Excellence portfolio and Data/Analytics teams. Large scale complex assignments are expected and may lack clarity of goals and strategy.
