Our Aberdeen-based client is seeking an ROV Crewing Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract, with the flexibility of hybrid working. ROLE As ROV Crewing Coordinator you will be part of the ROV Operations department. You will be responsible for managing crewing assignments across all ROV worksites and projects, working in close collaboration with the ROV Personnel Supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration and with support from the ROV Crewing Supervisor, plan and select ROV personnel for projects (local and worldwide). Interface with ROV Project Managers, ROV Offshore Superintendents, regarding crew mobilization, selection, availability, and feedback. Work closely with the in-house recruitment team on the selection of ROV agency personnel. Update Personnel Logistics team for the mob/demob of ROV crews in accordance with project requirements.
