Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Routing Analyst to support and optimize waste collection operations across multiple divisions nationwide. This role is responsible for leveraging routing software, operational data, and geographic insights to design efficient, cost-effective, and scalable collection routes. Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize collection routes across residential, commercial, and industrial divisions throughout Canada Utilize routing and GIS software to improve route density, reduce travel time, and minimize fuel consumption Continuously monitor route performance using KPIs such as route efficiency, service time, missed pickups, and cost per stop Collaborate with operations managers, dispatch teams, and drivers to implement route improvements Conduct regular audits of existing routes and recommend adjustments based on volume changes, seasonality, and service requirements Support onboarding of new service areas, cus...
