The Slurry (P2) Operator operatesthe P2 equipment in a safe and effective manner; maintaining a clean environment and adhering to all the GMPs, SOPs, and Critical Control Points pertaining to Food Safety and USDA regulations.


The Slurry (P2) Operator must be able to perform basic mathematical functions.
