About the Role

Join Brightwater as a Rostering Officer and play a key role in supporting our Residential Aged Care (RAC) services through effective workforce scheduling. You’ll be responsible for coordinating staff rosters to ensure the right people are in place to deliver safe, high-quality care—while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

This position is part of the Centralised Rostering Service, located at Brightwater Central in Inglewood and will provide rostering support to Residential Aged Care sites.  Some shift work will be required, with a combination of shifts including 0700-1500, 0800-1600, 0900-1700, and 1100-1900.  This position will have regular set fortnight working days (including Saturday shifts each week) with various shift times.  There is occasional pub...
